As far as I can tell from 47 seconds of google research, "Sunfed" was a franchised trademark. Other breads in other markets were also called "Sunfed," and since Buri's also put out a Holsum brand, it's likely they bought these names to get access to bag designs and ad campaigns. Just a guess.
