Black furniture is still popular, but it does show cigarette ashes. Foam sofa pillows. Foam sofa. Plastic chairs. Synthetic fiber carpet that gave you a bitch of a rug burn. A black ceiling, fer chrissakes. There’s not a single square inch of this room that’s comfortable. And they knew it when they put the picture in the book.
