I love the assumptions the Weird Person makes: one, that the doorway leads to another dimension. Does everyone in every dimension think of their particular reality as a dimension?  Apparently the paucity of descriptive terms in English forces everyone to use the same concepts. But it doesn’t explain why the Weird People also developed pistols, boots, and Pride Week.

This, incidentally, begins the Great Scott! series. It's DC, so it could go on for months. We'll see.
