Another lousy Dennis the Menace rip-off. The baby-boom spawned a number of comics about mischievous squat destructive boys without the ability to govern their impulses, but this knock-off was particularly obvious. I don’t know what’s going on with his hair; looks like he has a dyed peanut tucked behind his ear.

Good thing they put a labeled bar of “soap” in the water, or I would have never guessed that was a bathtub.
