I’ve probably mentioned this elsewhere, but when I was a kid, Harvey was the sign of disappointment. The cartoons were disappointing. The comics were stupid. Maybe you’d take a look at a Richie Rich, just to see what the kid had, and whether he’d bought himself a gold dog robot yet. But otherwise it was stuff like this.

Dot. She likes dots. The entirety of her character, her reason for being: CIRCLES. Wikipedia says it best:

Little Dot was a "one-note character" with a reliance on formulaic gags and repetitious images (i.e. Dot's dots).

Why, Harvey has a site. At least they did in 2001, when it appears to have been first designed.
