The Chamber of Commerce Building. Ripped straight from the design ideas of the 1964 World's Fair! When I took the picture on the left a few years ago, it was absolutely indistinguishable from its early years, except for the vacancy sign and the trees.

It's an utterly ordinary building made special with that overhang in the middle.
