That, ladies and gentlemen, is a cafe façade that can easily handle speeds of up to 250 MPH.

 

The coffee shop was streamlined in the late 30s, and like the Gardner’s update, it brought a note of ultra-moderne design to this prairie outpost.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don’t know why anyone bothered to order coffee; the décor would wake you up faster than a hard slap with a cold fish.
