
A 2006 view. The White Banner Uniform store's sign has been a peculiar lamdmark for decades. I never quite understood it when I was young. Sharp and full of holes; why? Because that was the style. It wasn's a White Banner sign when constructed; it proclaimed the glories of the Fargo Toggery, which sold men's clothing from 1920 to 1980.
