It’s not exactly the pinnacle of the International Style, but it was our Lever House. For years it had a big red M on the top, blaring out the Metropolitan logo to mere mortals below.

You can also see the base of the tower, which was rather incompetently handled - brick with thin windows, and underscaled. Ah well.
