Anyway, there was more Jerry after Hoban recovered, as you'll see. I'm sure I'll find some daily strips somewhere, although I'm not sure it matters. The strip's vogue may have waned by the Depression years. Not because Grim Times demanded a change in tone; doesn't work like that. It's not like a switch is flipped and everyone starts to think differently.
